Agent & MCP
Solo and Studio plansYour AI assistant works inside ASAP, and you stay in charge
Connect Claude or ChatGPT to your workspace: it drafts quotes, finds a contact, chases a signature. Irreversible actions ask for your confirmation, and you can cut the access at any time.
14 days of Solo free, no card.
Authorization
You authorize, with permissions you can read
The connection goes through an ASAP authorization screen, never a key pasted by hand. You see what the assistant asks for, you pick the workspace, you approve.
- Permissions split into read and write: contacts, quotes and invoices, signatures
- An assistant only has the permissions granted, inside your workspace alone
- OAuth 2.1 with PKCE, no secret to copy
Control
You cut the access whenever you want
Each connected assistant appears in Settings, Connections, with its permissions and last use. One click disconnects it, and its access is revoked immediately.
- Access tokens last one hour, refresh tokens thirty days
- You disconnect an app at any time, without touching your data
- You can create a private client for a local tool, limited to your workspace
What your assistant can do
Quotes and invoices
Create a quote, convert it to an invoice, record a payment, schedule reminders.
Contacts and deals
Find a contact, detect duplicates, move a deal through the pipeline.
Signatures
Prepare and send a signature request, chase a signer, fetch the signed document and its proof.
Calendar and tasks
Read your day, create an appointment, invite a participant, tick off a task.
Confirmation before the irreversible
Finalize an invoice, issue a credit note, delete, cancel or merge: the server refuses the call without an explicit confirmation. To finalize, a preview (dry_run) shows the number before sealing.
Ready-made playbooks
Guided flows: from quote to sending, from an accepted quote to an invoice, fixing a document, the month's recurring billing.
Getting started
Connected in three steps
- 1
Add the connector
In Claude (Settings, Connectors) or ChatGPT, add an MCP server and paste https://mcp.asap.cool/mcp.
- 2
Authorize
An ASAP page opens: you read the permissions, pick the workspace and approve.
- 3
Ask
“Draft a quote for Hugo Marchetti.” The assistant drafts, you review, you confirm what is irreversible.
Frequently asked questions
Agent & MCP — what people ask us
What is MCP?
The Model Context Protocol is an open standard that lets an AI assistant use a service's tools. ASAP's MCP server exposes your workspace (invoicing, contacts, signatures, calendar) as a list of tools your assistant calls for you.
Can my assistant act without me?
It acts with the permissions you granted, nothing more. Irreversible actions (finalizing an invoice, issuing a credit note, deleting, cancelling, merging) are refused by the server until explicitly confirmed. For other actions, such as sending a document, the approval prompt depends on your assistant: turn it on in its settings.
Which assistants work?
Claude and ChatGPT connect through OAuth. Any other MCP client works too: locally with an API key, or by creating a private client in Settings, Connections.
Where does my data go?
The MCP server holds no key: it forwards your token to the ASAP API, which enforces the permissions and the isolation of your workspace. Your assistant only sees what those permissions allow.
Which plan?
The MCP server and the AI agent are in the Solo and Studio plans. The 14 free days of Solo at sign-up include them.
