Electronic signature
In every planGet quotes signed online, proof included
Send a quote or a document for signature from ASAP: your client signs from a link, without creating an account, you chase without thinking about it, and the signed quote is marked accepted in invoicing.
14 days of Solo free, no card.
Sending and reminders
You send once, ASAP chases for you
From a quote, “Send for signature” opens the request: the signer's email and name, a message, and the pace of the reminders. Once the client has signed, the quote turns accepted in invoicing.
- You choose the number of reminders and the interval in hours; left empty, ASAP uses its defaults
- You can also remind by hand, or reactivate an expired request instead of starting over
- The signed quote is marked accepted, with nothing for you to do
Several signers
Several signers, in the order you choose
You add the signers one by one. In parallel, all of them receive the request at the same time; sequentially, each one receives it in turn, in the order of your list.
- Each signer has an email and a name, taken from a contact or typed by hand
- You reorder the list with the arrows before sending
- A signer whose turn has not come yet sees that they are waiting for the previous one
The proof
What you can show if the client disputes it
Every step is recorded in the request's audit log, then linked to the previous one by its hash: editing an event afterwards breaks the chain. Once the request is signed, you download the signed document and the proof certificate.
- Creation, sending, viewing, consent, signature: every event is timestamped
- The proof certificate carries the document's hash, the signer's IP address and browser
- If the signer declines, with a reason if they wish, you are told and the refusal stays in the log
The rest of a signature request
Internal approval
A member of your organization can be required to approve a draft: until they do, sending is refused. Available through ASAP's API.

For a document that is not a quote, upload a PDF or a Word file (.docx) and name the signers.
Frequently asked questions
Electronic signature — what people ask us
Is a simple electronic signature really valid?
Yes. The eIDAS regulation recognises electronic signatures: a signature cannot be rejected in court solely because it is electronic. The simple level suits quotes, purchase orders and common commercial contracts. The advanced and qualified levels are not offered.
Does my client need to create an account to sign?
No. They receive a secure link by email and sign from their browser, with no account and nothing to install.
Can several people sign the same document?
Yes. You add the signers and choose: in parallel, all of them receive the request at the same time; sequentially, each one receives it once the previous one has signed.
What does the signature proof contain?
The proof certificate (PDF) carries the hash of the signed document, the consent, the signer's IP address and browser, and the hash-chained audit log, where each event is linked to the previous one by its hash. The same proof exists as JSON through the API.
What if the client declines, or doesn't answer?
They can decline from the link, with an optional reason: you are told and the refusal appears in the log. If they don't answer, ASAP chases them according to your setting; an expired request can be reactivated, with a new link and a new expiry date.
Signature is included in every plan, within each plan's limits: 3 signatures a month on Starter, 20 on Solo, unlimited on Studio.
