Calendar
In every planWhat's ahead this week, in one place
Your appointments, but also the dates the rest of ASAP produces: invoices to collect, reminders, expiring quotes, tasks, deals to close. One grid, not five tools.
14 days of Solo free, no card.
Recurring events
Change one meeting of the series, or the whole series
When you edit a recurring meeting, you pick what changes: this event only, this one and the following, or all of them. The time is kept with its time zone: a 9 a.m. meeting stays at 9 a.m. after the clocks change.
- Three scopes: this event, this and following events, all events
- Times are expressed in the meeting's time zone, shown in the editor
- Guests are told about the change, unless you untick “Notify guests”
Invitations
Your guests answer with one link, no account
Each guest receives an email with an .ics file and a link. The reply page shows the time in the zone you chose, and three buttons: Yes, Maybe, No.
- Nothing to create or install to answer
- The answer comes back onto the event: Accepted, Declined, Maybe or Pending
- A change or a cancellation notifies the guests, and a reminder warns you before the event
One grid for everything with a date
ASAP's deadlines
Reminders, scheduled sends, quote expiries, invoice due dates, recurring invoices, signature expiries, tasks and deal closes, depending on the apps active in your workspace.
Move by dragging
Drag a meeting, a task, a deal close or a scheduled send onto another slot. The other deadlines are changed from their own screen.
Day, week, month or list
Four views, a filter to pick the sources shown, and a click on a free slot to create a meeting or a task.
Reminders
A notification before each occurrence: 5 minutes, 1 hour or 1 day before, set for each meeting.
My agenda or the whole team
Switch from your agenda to the team's. A meeting that is not shared only shows to the others as a busy slot.
Linked to your contacts
Attach a meeting to a contact, and add a place and a video link.
Frequently asked questions
Calendar — what people ask us
What does the calendar show besides my appointments?
The dates the rest of ASAP produces: tasks, deal closes, reminders, scheduled sends, quote expiries, invoice due dates, recurring invoices and signature expiries. Each date stays in its own app, the calendar displays it. You pick the sources shown with the “Show” filter.
Do my guests have to create an account?
No. They receive an email with an .ics file and a link to answer: Yes, Maybe or No.
What happens if I edit a recurring meeting?
You choose: this event only, this one and the following, or all of them. The time is kept with its time zone: a 9 a.m. meeting stays at 9 a.m. after the clocks change.
Can I move an invoice's due date from the calendar?
No: an invoice's due date is changed from the invoice, and the calendar tells you so. You can drag a meeting, a task, a deal close or a scheduled send, though.
The calendar is included in every plan, within each plan's limits.
