Prospecting
Solo and Studio plansFind your next clients, by trade and by city
You describe a target, ASAP searches Google Maps for businesses and finds their legal identity. You sort them in a separate inbox: only the leads you convert land in your contacts.

The search
A trade, a city, a number of results: ASAP does the rest
You enter a niche, a city and how many leads you want. The collection runs in the background: the run goes from “Pending” to “Running” then “Completed”, and you don't have to stay on the page.
- Between 1 and 200 results per run
- Each run keeps its counters: leads discovered, ingested, failed
- A run left pending is picked up again automatically
The triage
Only the leads you convert enter your contacts
Leads arrive in their own space. You select several, then convert or dismiss them in one go. The address book your quotes and invoices point to doesn't fill up with cold records.
- Bulk convert and dismiss, with a confirmation before anything happens
- Leads already converted are skipped, and so are those that would exceed your plan's contact limit: the summary tells you
- On conversion, the legal basis (legitimate interest) and the source (Google Maps) are recorded on the contact
From search to contact, without copy-paste
Legal identity
SIREN and legal form found in the official business directory, with a strict match rule: a SIREN is never assigned at random.
Normalised records
French-format phone numbers, city and postcode: records arrive usable, not raw.
Rating and reviews
Each business's rating and review count help you spot the ones that are active.
Back to the source
Each lead links to its Google Maps listing or its website, so you can check before converting.
Run tracking
Each search shows its status and its progress, ingested out of discovered.
Link to the contact
A converted lead keeps a link to the contact it created, which you find in your address book.
Frequently asked questions
Prospecting — what people ask us
Where do the prospects come from?
From a Google Maps search driven by trade and city. Each business is then matched against the official business directory to find its SIREN and legal form.
Do leads go straight into my contacts?
No, and that's on purpose. They stay in a separate space until you convert them. Otherwise a single search would dump dozens of cold records into the address book your invoices refer to.
How many results per search?
Between 1 and 200 per run. On conversion, your plan's contact limit applies: 5,000 on Solo, no cap on Studio.
What happens to a lead I neither convert nor dismiss?
It stays “New” in the inbox, which opens on the leads to process by default. You can also filter on converted or dismissed leads.
Is prospecting part of my subscription?
It is part of the Solo and Studio plans. Starter does not include it.
Included in the Solo and Studio plans. It relies on Contacts, which every plan includes: conversion respects your plan's contact limit.
