Solo and Studio plansYour email campaigns, from your own mailboxes
You connect your mailbox over SMTP and IMAP, ASAP checks that it sends and receives, audits your domain's authentication and tells you what to publish. Your sequences, templates and suppression list live in the same place.
14 days of Solo free, no card.
Your mailboxes
Your messages leave from your address, not a shared domain
You add a mailbox with its SMTP server, to send, and its IMAP server, to read replies. ASAP never sends on your behalf: your domain stays the only sender.
- A daily cap per mailbox, and a warmup curve that applies before it: from 5 sends a day to 100 over four weeks
- Time zone, days and hours of sending set mailbox by mailbox
- Passwords are stored encrypted and never returned by the API
The check
ASAP tests your mailbox and your domain before the first send
A test opens an SMTP then an IMAP connection to your mailbox. ASAP then reads your domain's SPF, DKIM and DMARC and tells you what is missing. A mailbox only sends if it is active and verified.
- Failures are explained: server unreachable, encryption, credentials refused, IMAP disabled
- Each record gets a verdict, and ASAP tells you what to publish
- A DNS query that does not complete is reported as such: it is not a verdict on your domain
Everything you need before writing to a stranger
Step-by-step sequences
A sequence chains steps: send a template, wait a number of hours, stop.
Templates with a preview
First name, company, city: variables in your messages, and a preview with sample values. A variable with no value and no fallback blocks the send rather than ship an incomplete message.
Suppression list
The addresses your workspace must never contact again: added by hand or imported from a list, each with its reason.
One-click unsubscribe
Every sequence message carries the one-click List-Unsubscribe header (RFC 8058).
Plain text, no tracking
Sequence messages go out as plain text: no tracking pixel, no rewritten links.
Clear limits
Solo: 1 campaign and 250 sequenced contacts a month. Studio: no cap.
Frequently asked questions
Campaigns — what people ask us
Which address do the emails go out from?
Yours. You connect your mailbox over SMTP and IMAP, and ASAP tests both before it is allowed to send. Nothing leaves from a shared domain.
What happens when a prospect replies?
ASAP reads the replies in your mailbox (IMAP), finds the message each one answers and takes the contact out of the sequence: their follow-ups no longer go out.
And if someone unsubscribes?
Their address goes on your suppression list. The list is checked again at the moment of every send, not only at enrolment: an unsubscribe that arrives in the meantime is respected.
How many emails per day?
You set a cap per mailbox, between 1 and 5,000. A new mailbox reaches it gradually: 5 sends a day at first, then 10, 20, 50 and 100 over about four weeks.
Is sending already live?
Not yet. Today you can connect and verify your mailboxes, write your templates with their preview, prepare your sequences and keep your suppression list. The sending loop and the reading of replies are built, but not switched on in production yet: no campaign email goes out until they are.
Included in the Solo and Studio plans: Solo includes 1 campaign and 250 sequenced contacts a month, Studio has no cap. A mailbox must be verified to send. Sending sequences and reading replies are not switched on yet, and automatic classification of replies is not available.
