Inbox
In every planYour clients' emails, in the same place as their file
Connect your mailbox (IMAP / SMTP): messages arrive in ASAP by conversation, attached to the client's record when there is one. You reply without leaving the place where you have their quote and their invoice.

Phishing
ASAP warns you when a message looks like a scam
When an email arrives, ASAP looks for risk signals and shows them above the message. They are alerts, not a verdict: the message stays readable below, and you decide.
- Sender authentication rejected by the receiving server (SPF, DKIM or DMARC)
- A contact's name on another address, or a domain that imitates theirs
- Replies that would go to an address other than the sender's
Spam and senders
You decide who reaches your inbox
From a conversation, you report spam and choose whether to block the sender or their whole domain. Their next messages go straight to spam.
- Three choices when reporting: spam only, block the sender, or block the domain
- A rule on an address wins over a rule on its domain: you can block a domain and allow one person
- Rules stay in ASAP, they do not change your mail server
Snooze
Snooze a conversation, it comes back when you are ready
You pick a moment: the conversation leaves your list and comes back on top, unread, at the time you chose. You can also ask for it to come back only if your correspondent has not replied by then.
- Later today, tomorrow morning or Monday morning in one click
- Or an exact date and time, up to a year ahead
- A Snoozed view to find what you set aside
A real mailbox, without leaving ASAP
Labels
File your conversations with coloured labels, then filter the list on any of them.
Bulk actions and gestures
Select several conversations to archive them or mark them read in one go. On a phone, swipe a row: left to archive, right to mark it read.
Scheduled sending and undo
Schedule an email for later, or keep a 5 to 30 second delay to undo a send: the message returns to the editor.
Signatures and quick replies
One signature per mailbox, inserted in every new message, and quick replies to drop into the editor.
Keyboard shortcuts
J and K to move between conversations, E to archive, R to reply, / to search, ? to list them all.
Remote images hidden
An email's remote images do not load by themselves, to protect your privacy: you show them once, or always for a sender you trust.
Frequently asked questions
Inbox — what people ask us
Which mailboxes can I connect?
Any mailbox reachable over IMAP for receiving and SMTP for sending: you enter the servers, your login and your password, which is encrypted before it is stored. One-click connection with a Google or Microsoft account is not available yet.
Do new messages arrive live?
ASAP keeps an IMAP IDLE connection open on your inbox: when your server announces a new message, it is fetched right away. On top of that, every mailbox is checked every minute, in case the connection drops.
Does ASAP change my mailbox?
Only when you act. Checking for mail is read-only and never marks anything as read for you. When you mark a conversation read, archive it, trash it or report it as spam, ASAP applies the action to your mailbox, without erasing anything from the server.
Does ASAP sort or reply on my behalf?
No. There is no automatic sorting and no generated reply: ASAP receives, files, displays and sends. Phishing alerts are warnings, and the sender rules are yours.
Is a contact created when someone writes to me?
No. A conversation is attached to an existing contact only if their address matches without ambiguity. Next to the conversation, you see their record and the emails already sent from ASAP. A conversation marked personal stays out of the CRM.
The inbox is included in every plan: Starter lets you connect 1 mailbox, Solo and Studio do not limit the number.
