Contacts
In every planOne client, one record, everything about them
Your client book, linked to your quotes, invoices and signatures: you find each client with their history, duplicates merge, and the deals in progress are followed in a pipeline.
14 days of Solo free, no card.
Duplicates
A client twice? Merge them, their records stay attached
ASAP groups the active contacts that share the same email address. You merge a group in one click, after a confirmation: the oldest record is the one kept.
- The Duplicates page lists every email address shared by several records
- The other records are archived, not deleted
- Draft invoices and bookings move to the kept record; finalized invoices are never rewritten
- On CSV import, an email that is already there is skipped instead of duplicated
Pipeline
Your deals in progress, stage by stage, with the weighted forecast
Each deal moves from New to Won or Lost. The six stages always stay on screen, with their total and the amount weighted by the stage's probability.
- Default probability by stage, from 10% to 75% before the deal is won, adjustable deal by deal
- Moving a deal to Lost asks for the reason it was lost
- A deal that has gone quiet is flagged on its card
- Once a quote is attached to the deal, the quote's amount is the one that counts
GDPR
A client asks for their data? Export and erasure are on their record
From a contact's record you download their data or anonymize it, without a spreadsheet and without going through support.
- Export (GDPR) downloads the contact's record as a JSON file
- Erase (GDPR) anonymizes the record irreversibly, after a confirmation
- Issued invoices are retained (legal obligation); the name and contact details are erased
- Legal basis, source and date of consent are noted on the record
A client book that stays clean and works with the rest
CSV import
You map your file's columns to ASAP's fields, check the preview, and every row in error is flagged with its reason.
Company search
You find your client in the business register and their legal details fill in on their own. SIRET checked at 14 digits.
Record history
Dated notes and calls, with the contact's invoicing, signature and calendar activity, in one place.
Tasks and Today view
Tasks due, deals gone quiet, quotes about to expire, signatures waiting: what is waiting for you, across all apps.
Terms per client
Payment and discount terms and the language of documents are set on the record and prefill their quotes and invoices.
Filters and archiving
Filter by type, status or source. An archived record leaves the list, keeps its documents, and can be restored any time.
Frequently asked questions
Contacts — what people ask us
Can I import my existing client file?
Yes, as a CSV, up to 2,000 rows per import. You map the columns to ASAP's fields and see a preview before confirming. Contacts whose email already exists are skipped rather than duplicated, and invalid rows are listed without failing the rest.
What happens if I have two records for the same client?
ASAP groups the active contacts that share the same email address and offers to merge them. The oldest record is kept and the others are archived. Their draft invoices and bookings move to the kept record; finalized invoices are not rewritten.
Can a client ask for their data to be deleted?
Yes. Each record has an export (a JSON file) and an erasure that irreversibly anonymizes the name and contact details. Invoices already issued are retained, because the law requires it.
How do I add a deal to the pipeline?
From the pipeline with “New deal”, or from a contact's record. You enter the title, the stage and an estimated amount. Then you move it along from its card's menu, and attach a quote once there is one.
Is Contacts billed extra?
No, Contacts is included in every plan. Only the number of contacts changes: 150 on Starter, 5,000 on Solo, no ceiling on Studio.
