Questions about pricing
Can I try ASAP before paying?
Yes. Every new account starts with 14 days of Solo, with no credit card: automatic reminders, WhatsApp, prospecting, AI agents and MCP. You only enter a payment method if you decide to subscribe.
What happens at the end of the trial?
If you have not subscribed, your account moves to the free Starter plan. Nothing is deleted: your data stays readable and your invoices stay available. The paid features you used (reminders, recurring invoices, WhatsApp, sequences, MCP and API keys) are paused, and resume as soon as you subscribe.
Does Starter really stay free?
Yes. Starter stays at €0, with no card and no time limit: invoices and quotes with no cap, Factur-X included. It has ceilings (10 invoice transmissions and 3 signatures a month, 150 contacts) and a 1.5% commission on online payments. Moving to Solo is your choice, never an obligation.
Does the price depend on the number of invoices?
No. Invoices have no cap on any plan, Starter included. What differs between plans are the automation, the apps beyond the core and the ceilings listed in the table above, such as signature envelopes per month.
Is electronic signature charged separately?
No. It is part of the plan: 3 envelopes a month on Starter, 20 on Solo, no cap on Studio. No module to activate.
What is the commission on online payments?
When your client pays an invoice online through Stripe Connect, ASAP keeps 1.5% on Starter, 0.5% on Solo and 0% on Studio. Stripe's own processing fees come on top and are paid by you, the seller.
What does paying yearly change?
You get 2 months free: Solo is €190 a year and Studio €490, billed once. Monthly billing has no commitment.
Can I work as a team?
Solo is for one person. Studio includes 3 seats.
I already subscribed to ASAP: does my price change?
No. Existing subscribers (the founders) keep the price they subscribed at, for life, and receive every new feature of their plan, now called Solo or Studio.
Do my data stay mine if I leave or downgrade?
Yes. Your data is yours and exportable at any time. Moving to Starter or cancelling deletes nothing: you keep read access to your clients, quotes and invoices, and your exports.
Are my invoices compliant with the 2026 e-invoicing reform?
ASAP generates your invoices in the Factur-X format and transmits them via SuperPDP, an Agreed Platform registered with the DGFiP. You have no connection to set up yourself.
I'm under the French VAT exemption (franchise en base) — how does it work?
Prices are shown excluding tax. Under the French VAT exemption, no VAT is added to your own client invoices, and ASAP handles the corresponding legal mention.
